Cisco Bgp with Provider

Good day.
Please tell me. I have vlan on router  x with ip 10.10.10.12 255.255.255.0 . 
And I have switch .One port on trunk and see my router , and one access port vlan x and see provider.
Provider have vlan on router with ip 10.10.10.11 255.255.255.0 and port trunk which see switch. Switch have access port
Provider's router ping my 10.10.10.12, but i not ping 10.10.10.11 . I see arp and mac-tables provider.
If provider shut no shut his vlan , i am ping 10.10.10.11 during 20 seconds.
What is the proble?

Hello,
for my understand switch is l2 between your router and provider router?
if like that please configure switch to l2 access.
