Cisco C1000-24T-4G-L Port Issue

Hi, I have a Cisco C1000-24T-4G-L switch and its ports are not working when a computer connected. But ports are working fine when I connect another switch to the ports.

Also I have set the required ports as access ports. Did I miss some configuration?

@chamaralakmal if you are getting no output in console when you connecting cable, that can be a cable issue. try connecting gi 1/0/1 to 1/0/2 directely. and check console output. if that shows, port up status, its your cable issue or issue with device port which connecting to the switch

@chamaralakmal hi, what exactly you meant by not working? when your computer connected to the port, is light blinking? can you see anything on console output? or no lights? share #sh run command output.

there is cable cross or straight,
if SW is connect and PC not then try change the cable only.
