Cisco C1000-48T-4G-L version 15.2(7)E7 can not apply config on WEB GUI

I have encountered a situation on many switches. When I change the configuration and click apply on the web, it is not possible.
Do not know if this is Cisco's bug or because using this version has a bug

Not sure is this bug or not at this stage based on the information.

when you click save the config on GUI - what is the logs you on the Console ? and have you verified the config show run (see that config changes appended to config ?)

or you not able to apply the config at all ( check other browsers , check any pop-up blocking ?)
