Cisco c3750X high memory utilization

Hello all.

I've got an issue with memory utilization on 3750x switch. show memory statistic history  command shows that Processor Memory Pool is always 90% used. Original IOS is c3750e-universalk9.mz-12.2.58.SE2.bin, upgraded to 15.0(2)SE7, then downgraded to 12.2(55)SE9 and still the same high utilization, even when the switch is idle and not connected to network. Despite such switch condition seems to me abnormal, I can't say that I feel network usage degradation, anything works great. So should I care about the issue or it's normal switch operation ? Thanks.

If memory, please post the output to the command "sh proc mem sorted | ex 0.00".

Could you please provide me the output of below command atleast 3 times:-

(Reason we need to see which pool is getting exausted and act accordingly)

show processes memory sorted | exclude 0.00

Second thing: Can you attach the following additional output:

show ver

show log
