Cisco-c3850-12x48u auto config power inline never. when switch is poweroff or reload.

I have problems when reloading switch or loss of power.
the switch has auto config command. the problem is a "Power inline nerver "

example before reload switch

Can you give the output of: show power inline police

What's connected in this port?

Can you try:
- shut the port
- configure power inline auto
- no shut
- relod
