Anyone please assist to complete Cisco 9300-48T firmware upgrade from IOSXE 16.9.3 to 17.9.4.

Please share upgrade Path ?

Go straight! Direct upgrade is supported.

Check Release Notes for the intended version you want to install, items like that are usually explained and or elaborated at (look for items concerning installation notes and related).

1.  Direct upgrade to 17.9.4a is supported. 
2.  Consider upgrading to 17.9.4a due to Multiple Vulnerabilities in Cisco IOS XE Software Web UI Feature
