What kind of fiber cable does a WS-C2950G-48-EL use? Such as a LC, T-ST, MT-RJ. Basically, I want to know if I can use the cable that is in the 2950 to the 2960.

2950's fibre optic modules uses "SC" standard.  2960 SFP modules are "LC" standard.  So the cable require to connect them directly is called an "SC to LC" cable.

Make sure both fibre optic modules are of the same kind:  Short haul or long haul.

Do not attempt to connect with a short haul in one end and long haul in another end because it won't work.  The cable must also match the type of fibre optic module.  If the modules are long haul, then the fibre optic cable must be an "SC to LC", single-mode fibre optic cable.  If the modules are short haul, then the fibre optic cable must be an "SC to LC", multi-mode fibre optic cable.

Hope this helps.
