Cisco Catalyst 2960X and Macros

Hi guys,

need to know if there is some way to receive the OUI-list for the SmartPort-Macros via HTTP/TFTP/... like the SmartPort-Config itself.

Because the config can be deployed via central TFTP:

macro auto execute DellIpDevice remote tftp

And the OUI's are only local

switch1(config-addr-grp-mac)#oui list
  LINE  Enter list of OUI in hex separated by space (e.g. 00000C)

Hey Marcel,

I don't think we can do that. I am checking with an internal team to get a confirmation on the same, not sure if there is any plan to integrate this feature in any upcoming release.

We have to configure that manually on switch and currently there is no option to download the OUI list unfortunately.

so I have to maintain the OUI list on every switch?

Mhhh...is there any knowledge how to maintain such OUI lists for a large campus with about 300 catalysts? 

Is there an option one of the central management tools like Cisco Prime Infrastrucure to deploy OUI lists?
