I recently purchased a refurbished WS-C3560-24PS-S that seems to be working fine, but for some reason the Express Setup and the Web Interface are missing. I can only work with the unit by using the CLI with IOS commands via console port or telnet. If I try to use a browser to open the ip address for the switch I get the screen displayed below. If I click on Web Console it tells me "Web page not found". This also prevents me from using the Cisco Network Assistant with this device, which is where I manage all of our other Cisco switches. How can I activate or restore the Web Console, which is a great feature?
Currently using Cisco IOS Software, C3560 Software (C3560-IPBASEK9-M), Version 12.2(25)SEB, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1).
Thank you!

Probably not running a version of code with the web files. Download the latest .tar file for this device and install it .

Hi,
Seems you don't have the html folder on the flash. Please post the output of "dir /all". You should see the directory of IOS and the html folder is in there.
HTH,
Toshi
