Could you please tell me which version should I choose for the upgrade, also could you please share with me the upgrade process? This device is in a production environment and wants to avoid any potential issues.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Below is an IP Base with SSH support you can use, but before upgrading make sure you read the requirements for flash, memory, etc. Also, make sure to read the release note carefully especially since you are upgrading this in a production environment.

Finally, here is a document on how to upgrade:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/switches/catalyst-4000-series-switches/27848-179.html

cat4500-ipbasek9-mz.150-2.SG11.bin

need help with same model

POPS-backbone-Switch(config)#router ospf 10
Protocol not in this image

ip base should able to support OSPF.

can you post show ip route and show modules ,show version
