cisco catalyst 9000 series SFP single mode issue

Dears,
We connected a single mode fiber cable from a switch to the core c9500 switch through 1Gig SFP and the interface became up but we couldn’t see the switch by # show cdp neighbour and we couldn’t ping it.
did anyone face this problem?

There are several SFP/SFP+ bugs affecting Catalyst 9K (9300/9400/9500). What firmware is the appliance running on?
You can try by shut/no shut the port and see this will fix things.

the firmware is 16.8.1 on c9500 and 16.6.3 on c9400

Is CDP enabled on the ports?

yes, it's enabled.
i have opened a TAC case and the problem with developer now.
