We have 4 new switches, each C1000-48P-4X-L with firmware 15.2(7)E4.
We have already updated one switch to the latest version 15.2(7)E8, but the problem persists.
Has anyone had a similar experience and how did you solve it? How did you troubleshoot?
Thanks

Hello @Xtof,

Freezing randomly, how? Is this behaviour observed when using CLI or GUI?

- Configure a syslog server on the involved devices , then examine logs arriving near those periods when the device freezes , sometimes 'last gasp' logging can provide info as to why the device locks up ,

Hi @Xtof
I'm experience the same issue it seems with the same kind of switch and firmware.
The cli hangs when logged it with SSH. When the switch hangs, snmp v3 stops working.
Mar 8 09:59:33: %SNMP-3-INPUT_QFULL_ERR: Packet dropped due to input
Quickly i run out of vty lines and can no longer connect to the switch.
clear line vty doesn't free the line.
Did you ever solve the issue? Thanks.
