Cisco Catalyst Express (WS-CE500G-12TC) 12-Ports External Switch

I am looking to getting the cisco catalyst express 500g-12TC, does anyone know how noisy the fans are on this switch. This is currently going to be in my living room near the TV hence why I am asking.

Fans are Noisy at the time startup but keep these enviornmental variables in mind.

Temperature: 0ºC to 45ºC (32ºF to 113ºF)

Humidity: 10 to 85% (noncondensing)

If some component is burnt, u can't claim warranty in that case.
