Cisco Catalyst Switch with non-Cisco GLCs Compatibility

Dears,
I have and issues of using non Cisco GLCs when it attached to SFP ports as I get an error massage and ports went to shutdown status, advise how I can resolve that?

Hello,

In the global configuration mode, try using the following command:

service unsupported-transceiver

This command has to be fully entered from the keyboard as it is a hidden command that does not appear in interactive help and is not subject to autocompletion.

Hi,

what type of switch is this?

also,

sh interfaces transceiver

or

sh interfaces transceiver pro

may provide you more to see if the transceiver is supported.

The Cisco Catalyst PN WS-C3750X-12S-S and it mentioned not supported using above commands
