Cisco Configuration Professional Catalyst Stack Issue

Hello

Recently we have been upgrading the Firmware on our 2960X Switches from 15.2.(4)E6 to 15.2.(6)E2 to take advantage of the Cisco Configuration Professional for Catalyst Web Interface.

Now we tested this fine on Standalone non Stacked switches and works with no issues.

We have just now upgraded one stack with 2 Switches in to the same firmware and have come across an issue where in CCP Web Interface it is only showing one switch in each views, including the port configuration and Dashboard2019-04-04 08_54_48-Cisco Configuration Professional for Catalyst_ Cisco WS-C2960X-.png

In the switch configuration the Management Interface Stacking Option is already set to "Physical" stacking.

On the old FW in the old device manager, we could easily swap between Switches in a stack but in this just seems to be missing.

This is using CCPC V1.5 which is built in the FW, but I have also tried the V1.6 recently release and still have the same issue.

Any advice/ help on this would be much appreciated.

Regards.

Hi @andyrogers2015 ,

Just to discard, look at the version supported by CCP1.5:

My recommendation is that you install that IOS version and test compatibility.

Hi @luis_cordova

Thankyou for your reply, its much appreciated.

I have installed 15.2.(6)E1 as you suggested, but them immediately noticed this comes with CCPC v1.4 within the Firmware.

I have tested this version first, but unfortunately the same issue still persists.

So I moved onto installing v1.5 and tested this on the Firmware and again the same issue is still happening.

What I have noticed the first switch being displayed is the Stack Master, I did swap the priorities of the 2 switches around to see if this did display all the switches but didn't and just changed to the new Master being shown.

I have tried to look for info about CCPC on the internet but can't find anything relating to this, it seems this should just work but for some reason i'm having these issues.

Would you have any other suggestions please, or anyone else can give some ideas please?

Regards

Andy

Version: 1.6(222), Built: 2019-03-21 06:27:26 AM UTC from c3560cx-universalk9-mz.152-7.E image, and I see the same problem, only one switch in the stack get's displayed.

Any suggestions?
