Hi,
I am using Cisco IE-3000-8TC switch. The IOS is 12.2SE. Somehow the IOS has been corrupted and switch is rebooting again and again. The POST is OK. Flash Initialing is also OK. The only error I can identify is...
Start FPGA programming (375883 bytes): /r med
#################################
FPGA programming failed at end (DONE = 0, Yeti GPIO = 0x4E2E9800)
I shall be grateful for kind support from any of the folks of this community.

Hello Arshi,
This is usally due to Corrupt FPGA firmware in flash. This is more than likely a
a hardware issue and replacement of the switch will most likely be needed. I would recommend opening a TAC case and getting confirmation and replacement.

Dear Richard,
Thaks for your advise but unfortunately I do not have SmartNet Services for this product and cannot open a TAC case. I have tried differnt toold like Error Message Decoder and Bug Toolkit but no success. Now I have uploaded the Capture file of same switch whitch recycled twice, please downoad and review. This file captured all the details came to console. I hope this will help you to have better undertanding of the issue. I will be gratefull for your kind support.
