I have a network with 23 switches IE3000. The backbone use fiber optic. Sometimes has a comunications problem.
The fault log shows "Rx power low warning; Operating value: -22.6 dBm".
Please help me.

are you seeing this in only 1 interface or multiple interfaces?
Rx power low indicates the Recieved power value for this SFP is less than the low threshold. This typically occurs if we use MMF in place of SMF or bad SFP.

Thank you for your answer....
The problem is in only interface. The FO is SFM (SOLO® ADSS Medium-Span, Loose Tube, Gel-Filled Cable, 24 F, Single-mode (OS2)) and the SFM is GCL-LX-SM-RGD.
