I would suggest that the best thing to do about this error is to open a case with Cisco TAC because they have the best tools to investigate this and to determine the exact problem.
If a case with Cisco TAC is not possible then I have a couple of suggestions which you may try:
- eject and then reseat the flash.
- remove any network cards that are in the router.
- try booting again.
- if the problem still occurs you might try opening the case and see if there is anything that you can reseat.
- if the problem still occurs you might try booting, interrup the boot to go to rommon, and try to use tftpdnld to load and run a different (perhaps smaller) image file.

Did you try booting with other IOS image? Did the router work with this image before? There is IOS version smaller than yours.
Another problem maybe is the RAM memory, If you change the IOS version you have to check the requirements before.

Hi,
You have HW failure related to SDRAM memory parity errors:
SDRAM ECC Error,
err addr - 0xAB07602F, err data_l 0x00000000,err data_h 0x0000000A,
rcv ecc - 0x00000000, calc ecc 0x14000000, err cnt 0xD5030000
Signal 22 exception indicates a fatal hardware exception as a reason for crash.
Interrupt exception, CPU signal 22, PC = 0x0
This is either DRAM chip or chassis DRAM memory slot failure on your router.
I suggest you replace the router SDRAM first, as DRAM memory failures are most often causes for such issues. Here is the guide on how to do that:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/routers/access/2800/hardware/installation/guide/10_hw.html#wp1056378
Kind Regards,
Ivan
