Good day. I have a Cisco multilayer switch ME 3400 24TS-A and i have a problem with nvram. In the NVRAM is 0 bytes memory and switch does not created nvram files. there is a description from switch when i write a command dir nvram: Please can help me

It looks as if the NVRAM mod is dead , it happened on a switch before we needed to replace it , do you have this router under support for RMA ?

Ok i checked Ciscos page the device is EOL this month so unless your friend has it supported under a 3rd party , its likely not supported with Cisco , you could call Cisco provide the serial number but if its out of support in 15 days with them your friend probably doesn't have it backed out to them , you could ask your friend
