Cisco Nexus 3048 - Multicast problem

Hello.

Before I start I'd like to say. I'm not familliar with cisco switches and probably don't have enough knowlege to use it properly, so if write something stupid, please bear with me. I'm little desperate. I asked others for help, looked people in my surroundings with proper knowlege in this area willing to help me with solving this issue - couldn't find anyone.

I have a problem with multicast, and I think a weird one. One type of set top box doesn't work properly.

My setup looks like this

1) I have two uplinks on Nexus 3048 for two ISP. On each uplink I have one vlan for multicast (from provider)

On Nexus on each vlan (3 in total, 2 on uplinks, 1 for "clients") I'm running pim.

2) To "clients" port I have connected OLT Huawei MA5863 and then over gpon, service (TV) is delivered to ONT's (huawei, various models - doesn't matter)

TV seems work fine, at least users doesn't complain, there's one "but". One type of terminals, one producer doesn't work properly - Arris (two tested) VIp 1113M and V5305. Both of them have some kind of problem with initialization (booting). Middleware starts to load and then stops always at the same point. I see on OLT when Arris joins group, then leaves ... and that's it (hanging). And here is getting more weird. If I reboot ONT to which STB (hanging) is connected, Arris starts to load middleware and boots perfectly. Works perfect ... until someone turns it off. I have observed two things. 1) after forced ONT reboot, Arris joins group (I have seen it on OLT) then leaves, and joins again, and its ok. 2) I found many ttl errors in nexus statistics (show ip traffic). The counter grows by 3 packets, every time when I reboot Arris (STB hangs during initial boot up)

And one more thing. If I connect STB directly to Nexus, it boots up without any problem... Someone pointed that it might be caused by too smal TTL on Nexus, but I don't know how to check it, and how to change it just for test. What do you think?
