We have a situation where we need to migrate off of a 10G copper connection to a 10G fiber connection. The cisco 31108TC-V does not have any sfp+ interfaces leaving the only alternative as the 6 QSFP+ interfaces. Cisco makes the CVR-QSFP-SFP10G adapter which allows for a 10G LC SR SFP+ to be inserted into a QSFP+ interface. Can anyone confirm if this will be compatible? The list does not show it but I also know these lists aren't always reliable. We are in a time crunch and they are also not cheap so we want to be absolutely positive before attempting.

The adapter should work fine, and they are not expensive if you want to get a couple and test with.
