Cisco Nexus 93180YC-FX 25Gb Problem

Last time I asked if the Cisco Nexus 93180YC-FX 25Gb port did not work

But since the current firmware has been upgraded form NXOS.9.3.5 to NXOS.9.3.9 only maximum 8-port only function 25Gb the other are not why ?
