Hi Team,

Currently we have nexus switches 3000 running on two different IOS.We are planning to upgrade the IOS for those switches.Below are the IOS version running on the switches.

Cisco 3000 series switch - version 5.0(3)U1(1a)

Cisco 3000 series switch - version 6.0(2)U3(2)

Need your inputs for the next available immediate IOS stable version for the above version.

7.X  is the stable version in the nexus world. But again depends what features you are using in the Switch very important here.

So look at the Gold Star image and read the release nodes and patf of the upgrade.

some devices required incremental upgrades (depends on version you choose)

Thanks for the update.

Please confirm is this direct upgrade to 7.X or is there mutiple upgrade

We don't want multiple upgrade please provide which is stable immediate Next IOS for our current version

Until we know what features running your IOS it is hard to say what is stable.

As suggested in the past post, look at the 5 star rating next version of yours and read the release notes (may be some bugs always reported, only you need to look was, is this effects your environment).

Please confirm is this direct upgrade to 7.X or is there mutiple upgrade

NO - this not straitght upgrade, as per your last post image version you have, you need to upgrade to higer version of code and move to 7.X
