I wanted to know if it was possible to apply a single ITD service (a VIP for example) on two Nexus 5600 switch in vPC?
Client ---> VIP ITD (switch 01 or Switch 02) --> Destination machine
I went through most of the Cisco documents and apparently in this kind of scenario this is not possible because each switch has ca own configuration regarding this ITD which poses a problem if we have only one VIP.
The goal being to take advantage of the SLB+Failover on the two switchs.
Have you ever encountered this situation? Or as part of a stack replacement?
