Cisco password Encrypt for secret 5

Hi Team,

Can you please let me know how to encrypt the passowrd.

We configured  local account on one of our switch but currently we forgot the password but we know username.

We want to encrypt that password.

Password is : privilege 15 secret 5 $1$E7VW$QOyuMv2kuAiXnBAgbUt7m1

Please let me know the what we configured?

If u havent encrypted the password using md5 then there lot of utilities on net where using thm u can decrypt the passsord

Just google cisco password decrypt
