Hi,
We have few phones connected to one of the switches, all the phones are getting IP address and other details from the DHCP properly, but some of the phones are not reachable from outside, eventhough they are getting the IPs, I can ping these phones from the same switch where they are connected, but not reachable from the default gateway router. Other phones in the same vlan connected to the same switch are reachable and working fine.
I tried connecting PC with the same voice vlan IP on the same port, and surprisingly the PC pings, that means same IP and same port, with phone not reachable but with PC reachable, what could be the possible issues.

The issue has been traced out, one of the phones has taken the default gateway IP of the voice vlan, default gateway was not excluded from the dhcp pool. this was causing strange behavior with the phones
