I purchased a Cisco SG200-26 Gigabit Ethernet Smart Switch with 24 10/100/1000 Ports and 2 Combo Mini-GBIC Ports (SLM2024T-NA) in September of 2017. It was put into service October 2017. Was working flawlessly until last week. I now have no connectivity with the switch, no system light, various port lights are on, and no ability to access the switch through direct connection. I have unplugged it and attempted to reset it using the button on the front with no change. Switch was working normally and stopped abruptly in the middle of the work day. Currently down and need some advise...
All your comment suggest a Hardware issue, you need to contact to your Provider in order to get an RMA if you have support for that device. Please do not forget to rate useful post.
