If that happens only once, this is not a Bug. When you hit a bug, the problem keep happening.
You may have a fault device and this required a RMA.

Hello,
there is a security vulnerability alert out for SSH on the SG series switches. Basically, check if you have SSH user authentication by password enabled.
Notes:
SSH is not enabled on the affected platforms by default. To verify if SSH is enabled, navigate to Security > TCP/UDP Services and look for the Enabled checkbox next to SSH Service.
This issue is exploitable only with SSH User Authentication by Password enabled under Security > SSH Server > SSH User Authentication. (In 2.x software, this option is visible in Advanced display mode only.)

- Try to use latest firmware : https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286305619/type/282463181/release/2.5.8.15 and or check if that can help.
