The CBS350 switch responds to pings correctly, but it does not react to HTTP & Putty requests in my network.
However, as a stand-alone, it performs perfectly.
The option I see is to plug a console cable and look at the configuration. It may have http disabled and my not have SSH enabled.
You can try use telnet just to make sure.
All are enabled. as a stand-alone, all are working ok,
Only when connected this switch in my Network it given trouble .
may be reboot once and test (how long this device was uptime ?)

Done but not resolved, already upgrade the firmware.
you having issue with SSH and Http both :
2 Options :
1. contact SMB TAC support
2. reset to factory and test it.
