Cisco Small Business Switches Boot Time

Dear All,

We have cisco 200 & 300 Small Business Switches, the problem is the switches take 90 - 120 seconds to boot-up and response to an ICMP request to the management VLAN .

I was wondering, is this the normal behavior? and if so, is there anything I can do to accelerate the process?
