cisco stack backup help

Basically doing some work for a company who has a stack of 3750's which are plugged into a mikrotik router.  The router has 2 lines going into it a leased line (virgin) and a backup fttc line in case the leased line fails.  They also have a backup mikrotik incase the main one fails (this company has backups for everything) but it is only connected to the main mikrotik no line going into it.  I have just configured another stack of 3750's and they have this running along side it as a backup in case the whole main stack fails.  Basically just wanted to know the best way to manage both stacks at the moment i can only get onto the main stack through a public ip address assigned to it but would like to be able to get onto the backup stack as well incase any config needs applying to both stacks to keep them identical.

If there is a connection between the 2 stacks, you can put an IP address on each stack using a management vlan.Once you are on the main stack using the public IP from there you can SSH or telnet to the other stack using the management vlan IP.
