Cisco StackWise Virtual 9407r

Hi dear,

I try to configure Cisco StackWise Virtual in switch 9407r but StackWise command are not support.

Below you find show version command output :

On IOS XE Fuji 16.9.2 Stackwise Virtual is supported, only in single supervisor module configuration. Does your router have just a single supervisor module?

Look at the model support for Stack wise virtual

You should able to as per the documentation :

Cisco StackWise Virtual is a network system virtualization technology that pairs two switches into one virtual switch to simplify operational efficiency with a single control and management plane.
Note
The feature is supported only on these chassis models and supervisor modules:

Chassis Models—Catalyst 9404R Switch and Catalyst 9407R Switch.

Supervisor Modules

Cisco Catalyst 9400 Series Supervisor 1 Module (C9400-SUP-1). The feature requires a special, additional, C9400-SUP-UPG-LIC= license with this supervisor module. << LICENSE REQUIRED.

Cisco Catalyst 9400 Series Supervisor 1XL Module(C9400-SUP-1XL).

Does your router has license to support it?

 9407R   - Need  NetworkAdvantage License  for Stack-wise Virtual. ( i believe) never had chance to work on that..soon i will, but we deployed 9500 advantage license.
