Is tHe supervisor 8E can work with or support the Cisco Catalyst 4500-X ??

Hi.

A 4500X does not have an explicit supervisor module.

It is like a supervisor and line cards combined in one tin can.

It is probably the equivilant of a sup 7

8E works on 4500. 4500x sup is 7-E, 7L-E
