After issuing "reload" command switch produced following information:
umount: /proc/fs/nfsd: not mounted
Unmounting ng3k filesystems...
Unmounted /dev/sda3...
Warning! - some ng3k filesystems may not have unmounted cleanly...
Is these messages indicate on some kind of problem. Is it possible to fix it?

- Note that the message is a 'left over' related to the linux background that the system contains parts of , it will not have impact on production ,

They are not.
The error messages are present in 3.X.X. It is OK to ignore them.

So if I switch to 16.x.x I will not see this message?

The messages will not appear in 16.X.X, however, it is not worth it.
How often is the switch reloaded? And this error message only appears in 3.X.X.
Stick with 3.X.X because it is stable.
