Cisco Switch SG300-28

i am not getting access switch login through telnet but i can login through web browser in Cisco sg300-28 switch but telnet service is enable.

In switch Telnet Service is enable but i can not login my switch through telnet but i can login in web browser.

Ping is working

I am not familiar with these switches, but I believe they are basic and have limited CLI.

Ping is immaterial.

In any case, in the interests of security, I would recommend against the use of Telnet and HTTP, instead SSH and HTTPS should be configured, respectively.

Hello,

 

the first thing you would want to do is upgrade the firmware, the one you have installed is outdated. Attached is the latest version, 1.4.8.06. (rename the .jpg to .ros).
