I have cisco Switch WS-C2960X-24TS-L and in the switch have c2960x-universalk9-mz.150-2a.EX5.bin" this is old software. We need to Upgrade this switch, as we check on cisco site have 

c2960x-universalk9-mz.152-7.E6.bin

 This New Software can i Upgrade this new Software in the switch.

Is it working properly.

yes, can upgrade it.

make sure have you checked bugs that do not affect your environment .
