Console into the switch and reboot.
Post the entire bootup process.

Still same issue... When i put reboot its become again primary boot loader

Brother the issue is this
My cisco sw IE-3000 in ROMMON Mode & showing "no such devices". How can i get back the flash. Please respond

Hi,
Your flash MAY be corrupted. You can try to remove the CF card and re-seat it back (when the box is powered down) as per the instruction beneath and check if there is any progress:
Also if you have spare IE-3000 box you can try to change the cards.
If you still get the "no such device" output after issuing the "dir flash:" command at the bootloader ("switch:" prompt) you MAY consider to get new CF card, initialize it and get the files copied.

You only get good support if community member ask you to post the information what we need to look, so we know what is the status of the device and advise here, community is not TAC.
@Leo Laohoo was looking connect the console cable capture all the Logs right from Power and until it go to failed status. (in text file)

Dear Sir, we interchange the flash the same flash working on the other Switch but not working on this switch. So it possible that there is issue in the switch hardware in order to boot from flash.

we do not see what the error you getting until you post complete boot log.
if you think hardware issue, then raise TAC case for RMA.
