Console into the switch and reboot.

Let me repeat this one simple instruction:  Post the entire boot-up process.

Otherwise, raise a TAC Case.

Can you please give me your WhatsApp

Hi,

Your flash MAY be corrupted. You can try to remove the CF card and re-seat it back (when the box is powered down) as per the instruction beneath and check if there is any progress:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/cisco_ie3000/hardware/installation/guide/IE3000HIG/HIGINSTL.html#27543

Also if you have spare IE-3000 box you can try to change the cards.

If you still get the "no such device" output after issuing the "dir flash:" command at the bootloader ("switch:" prompt) you MAY consider to get new CF card, initialize it and get the files copied.

Best regards,

Antonin

You only get good support if community member ask you to post the information what we need to look, so we know what is the status of the device and advise here, community is not TAC.

@Leo Laohoo  was looking connect the console cable capture all the Logs right from Power and until it go to failed status. (in text file)

Troubleshooting tips expected as engineer we need to read documentation provided by cisco, what need to be done when the device not booting example :

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/cisco_ie3000/software/release/12-2_44_ex/command/reference/cr/bootldr.html

This give you where to go next and post that information here in the post.

Dear Sir, we interchange the flash the same flash working on the other Switch but not working on this switch. So it possible that there is issue in the switch hardware in order to boot from flash.

we do not see what the error you getting until you post complete boot log.

if you think hardware issue, then raise TAC case for RMA.
