How to check cisco branded transceiver module is complaint or sfp port is complaint in a cisco switch for any models of Cisco company?

refer to Cisco's optics compatibility matrix, type the Cisco switch model and it will show you all compatible Optics with that switch model.

I am asking if the transceiver module is supported in the cisco switch. But inspite of that what options do I check the whether the module is complaint or switch sfp port is complaint?

Are you asking to run third party SFP in cisco switch ? if yes please run this command " service unsupported-transceiver"

You have not provided the switch model and IOS Code running,
some models work different way in the ports, they meant to work different ways. so provide the information to tell you what is wrong.

Currently I am not facing any issues. But if so in future for models cisco 2960 or higher end versions, which is the best command to identify the cause?

sh inventory is showing the serial number of the transceiver and model also. Is it the correct way to identify whether the module is working or not?

First inventory recognise the module, then you can check - show interface x/x tran or show interface x/x see the module can see there.
Module working or not only when you connect other end that not give any clue, until you connect other end with right presentation and cables.
