I configured two of the above mentioned 8 port Gigabit POE switch for a friend. I used a mid-span power injector on port 10. I configured both Gi0/10 ports as trunks and ports Gi0/1 - Gi0/8 as access ports. They are to replace two WS-C3560-8PC-S switches which have been working great for some time but these switches only have 100 Mb access ports. Therefore the configuration was almost identical. After fully configuring I tested them in my home lab and everything worked great. The trunk on port 10 was working and I plugged a test laptop into ports Gi0/1 to Gi0/8 to make sure they came up and passed traffic, i.e. web browsing, speed test, etc... I saved the config on both new switches and powered them down to take to my friend's house. When I got there I once again used the same mid-span power injectors to power them up. This time however only port Gi0/10 came up and formed the trunk. When I plugged any ip device, pc, laptop, printer, access point into the access ports Gi0/1 - Gi0/8 they will not come up. What is strange is that both switches are exhibiting the same behavior. The POST tests all seem to run ok on power up:

I am running IOS C3560C Software (C3560c405ex-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.2(2)E6, which I am also running on another WS-C3560CPD-8PT-S switch at this same person's house.
I have shut, no shut all the access ports but they still show not connected when I run sh int status.
Does anyone have any ideas what may have happened to the access ports when literally all I did was do a copy run start, power them down, walk across the street, and power them up at the new location? When I got back home with the new switches the access ports are still not working.
Thanks for any and all help.

I used a mid-span power injector on port 10 - not sure I understood this correctly. rather using Power supply you used PoE injector to power on switch ?
as per the information Looks for some Power issues on a high level.
what is the outcome if you bring back to the Lab setup and power on is this works?
can you post again and complete boot till you get # prompt. ( what version of code running ?)

Loop the ports together, do the ports come up as Gig or not?
There are some low-cost power injectors that are 10/100 Mbps only.

Thanks for the quick reply Leo. I used the power injector because I was supposed to have received an external power supply with the switches, I ordered them from eBay, but the vendor did not send them. When I quizzed them later they said the power supplies were backordered so they refunded me a portion of the purchase price for the power supplies. I have used these power injectors before and they do come up as gigabit when connected to a gigabit interface. This is not my concern because the access ports gi0/1 to gi0/8 do not come up at all. I tried the loop and that did not bring up the ports either. As I mentioned I brought the two switches back to my home lab, where they had worked before, and they do not work there either now. I posted in my original post that I am using IOS (C3560c405ex-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.2(2)E6.I am running the same version of IOS on another identical switch that I am running at my friend's house and it has been working fine for about a year or more. I also tried booting from a slightly older IOS, 15.2(2)E2 which came with the switches and got the same results. I can send you the complete boot output when I get home again, but looking at the POST tests it looks like everything has passed which is really confusing.

If the ports are looped and the ports are not "up" then either the ports have MDI/MDI-X turned off or the cable is faulty.
