Hi,
I need to change bootloader , ios is not a problem
12-18-2009 08:19 PM
Firstly, when you upgrade the IOS to 12.2(50) and later, the IOS will upgrade the bootloader.
Secondly, the WS-C3750G-24WS-S25 is a WS-C3750G-24-PS with a WLC built on top of it.
Can you please explain what is your problem?

Hi,
the bootloader was not upgraded even though we installed latest image , due to this bootloader we not able to into rommon mode just see my attchment .

So whats the actual issue just that the model number appears wrong ? The bootloader does not get upgraded with every single version upgrade . If the display bothers you try a different version and see if that clears the issue otherwise contact the TAC it may be a cosmetic issue with the code where it is showing the wrong model number. Also verify you have the model you think it is , usually on a sticker on the back of the switch.
