Cisco WS-C3750X-24T-S hardware troubleshooting

Hello,

I'm Dinh Duc, hardware engineer.

I'm troubleshooting Cisco WS-C3750X-24T-S for one of my client. The diode CR9 blown up. I have been injecting voltage among capacitors & found out somewhere on the PCB has been shorted. These capacitors are not shorted as far as i measured. I'm trying to analyze hardware block diagram and hardware schematic, but there's no documents on the internet.

Probably RMA that device, trying to fix yourself might not be worth the trouble as all hardware documentation PCB wise is not shared as Cisco Intellectual Property.
