Hello,
I got very effective response last time, as i just entered in this field now I'm facing another issue which is I have cisco WS-C3750X-48P switch. now when i try to assign ip to any physical port or when i try to make any port as a third layer i got message: Command rejected: not allowed on this interface.
What i exactly want to do, i want to make different vlans, then need to assign ip to ports and then ip routing after that need to active dhcp relay. please i need urgent help as my management pushing me to perform and i know that this is because of the license but if there is another way kindly let me know. Switch version, and other details I'm gonna mentioned below.

Assign the IP address to a VLAN.
Assign the port to that VLAN.

Thanks leo but still I've some doubts.. do vlans can communicate with each other without routing protocol as well as can i assign static route to vlans? ? and apart from that can i use ip-helper in lanbase license? I've one doubt regarding below it just showing labase and ip services features why not reflecting ip base feature...

Look at the picture carefully. It says the IP Services Evaluation license is present. Most importantly it says "Not in Use" because "EULA not accepted".

Loe thanks for the confirmation but this I already know what i'm asking I guess in my switch there is no ipbase service feature that is why it is not showing there.. and please if you can clarify me these..
1: Do vlans can communicate with each other without routing protocol as well as can i assign static route to vlans?
2: Can i use ip-helper in lanbase license?

IP Base or IP Services.

If i understood right you mean ipbase and ipservices vlans can communicate with each other not lanbase. Right.

IP Base and IP Services can do routing.
LAN Base is only Layer 2 (LAN).

I believe that the answer depends on the version of software you are running. According to Cisco documentation "Static IP routing for manually building a routing table of network path information. Starting with Cisco IOS Release 12.2(58)SE, the LAN Base feature set also supports static IP routing on SVIs for 16 user-configured routes." See this link for further details

You have Lan base License :
License Level: lanbase
License Type: Permanent
Next reload license Level: lanbase
What i exactly want to do, i want to make different vlans, then need to assign ip to ports and then ip routing after that need to active dhcp relay.
please i need urgent help as my management pushing me to perform and i know that this is because of the license but if there is another way kindly let me know.

As per Feature navigator the Lanbase supported feature you looking to do.(attached Excel for your reference)
