Hi guys,
I am new to this list, so I apologies in advance for the stupid question.
My task is to connect our network with registered IP addresses to the network with "private" IP addresses for communication between one specific host on our network with one specific host on their network.
Their host with IP address 192.168.x.x is sitting deeply in their network behind few routers.
How can I configure NAT on my router (Eth0 - 172.16.x.x, Serial0 - 172.17.x.x) to be able to connect my host 192.168.y.y to their host ? Is it possible (if valid) to translate their host IP address to the IP address on my subnet 192.168.y.y ?
Thanks.

The following document describes exactly what you are trying to do. Specifically, take a look at the example: Using NAT in Overlapping Networks

I probably did not make myself clear.
Their host 192.168.168.250/24 is currently in a different subnet than our host 192.168.27.249/24.
The question is: may I translate on our Router 192.168.168.250 to 192.168.27.250 ?
Thanks.
