CISCO2921/K9 or CISCO2921-SEC/K9

I actually asked for the pricing of 2921 router to a local reseller and he gave me 2 options

CISCO2921/K9

CISCO2921-SEC/K9

The first one is cheaper than the second. I have 2 questions:

• What's their difference ?
• Can the cheaper one be later converted into the costlier one (via modules) as the need arises ?

The reseller should have explained the following.

1st option come with security license, 2nd does.not.

The security license can be added at a later time.

To know if you need the security license or not, talk again to the reseller and explain your needs in full.
