CiscoSwitch 4500-X login trouble

Hi Team

I have 2 4500-X switches which when I console to them to do a password recovery, some characters on my keyboard do not work when I type. when I go to romon mode. what could be the issue?

Have you tried other machines?

Yes we have other switches plus 2 Cisco ASAs, they work very fine. I tried to boot in rom mode, but i can't type commands to change the registry for password recovery

Can you post an example here, and change the baud rate and check if that works?

below standard :

Configure the baud rate and character format of the PC or terminal to match these console port default characteristics:

• 9600 baud
• 8 data bits
• 1 stop bit
• No parity
• None (flow control)

I have noticed flow control doesn't match could this the reason for the problem on my keyboard? please find attached.
