Cisoc 1941 ISM

                  Hi all,

I have a Cisco 1941 ISM. It sits between my Fortinet Firewall and the Internet. I tried to console to it so I can backup the configuration. Is there any way I can do this as I do not know the name and password for this unit as the previous netadmin is no longer employed.

You should perform Password Recovery Procedure.
