how to enable this

Wireless > 802.11a/g > CleanAir > Under CleanAir parameters, tick "Enabled"

its comparison vs clean air express

CleanAir Express is only on the AP "1K" models, i. e.  1600, 1700, 1800.  The difference between CleanAir and CleanAir Express is a dedicated CleanAir "chip" for the 2Ks & 3Ks.  CleanAir Express does not have this chip so all the CleanAir function is done by the APs CPU.
