i have a c4507 connected to 3com 5500. in switch 3com i have connected a 3Com NBX v5000

my question is why can not ping and access web from catalyst 4500 to NBX, but I execute command "clear arp"  in catalyst, can see ping and access web by a shor time, and repeat again can not ping, so i again execute "clear arp"

before you clear arp do you have the correct info in the arp table? did you check?

yes I did, and just show me the IP address, but MAC address don´t

do you mean that you have an incomplete ARP entry for that IP address?

can you attach the outputs?
