What command to use to change gbic cards on cisco 4506 switch?

You can replace the card without using any commands.   The cards are hot swapable.

Not sure what exactly is the question...but never the less yes as mentioned by you that we dont have any cmd to replace the card.

But I was thinking is the question beeing asked to change the Gbic from 10G to 1 Gig?

If yes then as you know the below command would do the trick:

#conf t

#hw-module module X port-group gig-interface ( This will convert 10 gig to 1 gig).
