Communication between two different network of two location

Hi All,

We have two sites one is having Public IP (static) by ISP assigned in gateway: 61.12.26.68  and its LAN Network 172.168.10.x  SM: 255.255.252.0. another site having Public IP (static) by ISP assigned in gateway: 111.93.124.160 and its LAN network is 192.168.10.x SM: 255.255.252.0

How can we communicate their local network of two different location over the internet ?

There are two ways.

You could NAT both sites and route between them using the other site's NAT addresses.  This approach would be difficult unless you have a number of public IPs for each site's host that corresponds to the hosts you want to reach externally.

Or you could build a VPN tunnel between the sites.

You should have ip reachability between these two sites as they are connected to the Internet. You can build a gre tunnel between the sites and use IPSec for security. This will give you the ability to route traffic between the sites over the gre tunnel.
